Order processing

Orders are processed on business days. The delivery methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows available for your order are shown at checkout before payment.

Fulfillment origins

Products may be fulfilled from our United States or United Kingdom location depending on the product, destination, and available inventory. Items in one order may be dispatched separately. The available checkout services determine whether we can deliver a particular product to your address.

Delivery

Tracking details are sent when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or peak demand. For UK consumer orders, goods will be delivered within 30 days unless a different timeframe is agreed with you.

Address changes

Check the delivery address before placing your order. Contact support@targonglobal.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

Taxes, duties, and import charges

Taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. When duties or import charges are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for charges assessed by local authorities or the carrier.

Delays, loss, or damage

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or an order arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and relevant photos. We will investigate with the carrier and apply the rights available under our return and refund policy and applicable law.
